Wickersham - Ness Plaza (playable Rabbithole)

This town desperately needed a rabbithole for City Hall. The unemployment rate is redic. in Neo-DV. I wanted to utilize the Ambitions rabbithole that included city hall, military, and police station to get more bang for my buck! I chose the name based on the last names of two band members from Social Distortion.

Elphaba's House

Hugh Grey is now retired from the lighthouse business and is now sailing around the world with his new wife which means he needs to rent out his home. Elphaba is over sleeping in Biddy's barn and she needs to rent a place. Everybody wins!

Don't get me wrong, DV is so beautiful! When I play there, I usually marvel at the warm glow of the land and how it captures me every time I see the landscape. That's why I decided to choose DV to remake with a more modern feel. There will still be some building created with a DVesque feel and there will be other themes incorporated in the builds as well; that's what makes this process so great. This is part of my SIMS 3 bucket list and inspired by Mangoes & Limes's Hidden Springs renovation thread. I hope I can get through it!
