This town desperately needed a rabbithole for City Hall. The unemployment rate is redic. in Neo-DV. I wanted to utilize the Ambitions rabbithole that included city hall, military, and police station to get more bang for my buck! I chose the name based on the last names of two band members from Social Distortion.
